How do you bill for your services? |
|
Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly for all time expended on clients' projects. We require payment upon receipt. Credit cards are not accepted.
In litigation cases we require a deposit prior to acceptance of the engagement. This deposit will be held to pay the final billings at the end of the case. This deposit will not be applied to monthly billings. Clients will be billed monthly for work completed and are expected to pay the current balance each month, regardless of the balance in the deposit account.
